Cancellation terms depend on your provider’s agreement and any legal rights applicable to your transaction.

Provider orders and subscriptions

Contact the provider named on your order confirmation or bill. Ask about cancellation deadlines, installation charges, equipment returns, refunds and early termination fees before accepting the contract. This informational website does not accept subscription orders or payments.

FTC Cooling-Off Rule

The FTC’s rule covers certain sales made at a consumer’s home, workplace or temporary sales location. It does not cover transactions made entirely online, by mail or by telephone.

Where the rule applies, the seller must provide the required contract or receipt and completed cancellation notices at the time of sale. A downloadable website form alone does not replace that obligation.

Additional state rights or a provider’s voluntary cancellation period may apply. This page does not promise a universal three-day cancellation period for internet subscriptions.
